We may hear or read about the importance of breath, but when someone tells you firsthand, even virtually, it hits differently. Harsha shares breathing techniques, tutorials, exercises, and explanations across his platforms. If you haven’t paid attention to your breath yet, I highly recommend you give it a try.

From a young age, Harsha was expected to follow a traditional career path, like becoming a doctor or lawyer, but he had other dreams. Though it wasn't easy, he chose his own path and found what truly brought him joy. His story is a great reminder that we don’t always have to fit into society’s expectations.

Harsha had a successful entrepreneurial career in Hong Kong, but it wasn’t the fulfilling life he wanted. Although I’ve tried breathwork, ice baths, and meditation before, I haven’t stuck with any of them for too long. But after our chat, I’m motivated to make it a regular practice. The benefits are undeniable, and I’m out of excuses!
