The Hidden Gems of My Inbox: Discover My Top Newsletters

Discover the Newsletters That Inspire Me – And Why They Might Inspire You Too

Hey Trailblazers,

Today, I want to give you a little gift. If you’re reading this, I want to say a big thank you. Honestly, I was hoping to attract more subscribers, but I don’t want to let numbers discourage me from writing. After all, remember the consistency and power of compounding (more on that topic in some future posts). Anyway, as a little reward, I wanted to share with you some of my favourite newsletters. Don’t worry, I don’t get paid for any promotion. I’ve been subscribing (and unsubscribing) to many newsletters, so these are some distilled masterpieces!

Six at 6 on Sunday by Billy Oppenheimer
This is my absolute favourite newsletter. Billy is a researcher for Ryan Holiday, so you can expect some amazing content! Every Sunday evening (and occasionally Monday morning, haha!), he shares brief stories, examples, or illustrations that all revolve around a key theme. It’s always inspiring, insightful, and entertaining. I can’t recommend it enough.

Marketing Examples by Harry Dry
As you would expect, Harry shares insights on the best content in marketing, including examples, campaigns, innovations, etc. It’s short but punchy, both informative and visual, and always leaves you thinking about how you can elevate your own game. He’s a real pro in the marketing space, and if you’re interested in discovering more about him, I highly recommend his podcast episode with David Perell.

3MM by Chris Williamson
I might be a bit biased with this one, as Chris is one of the best podcasters out there. It’s no surprise that I anticipate his newsletter every Monday morning. Not only does he tease his upcoming guests, but he also shares interesting ideas he’s been thinking about and some life hacks. Again, short but punchy, interesting, and informative. Highly recommend.

Of course, there are many more, but these are some of my current favourites. A few more honourable mentions would be 3-2-1 by James Clear, Jon Youshaei’s Created, George Mack’s newsletter, and more. Preferences might differ based on current interests.

  • What’s your favorite newsletter and why?

  • Do you write your own newsletter? If so, share it!

  • If not, why not? Are you planning to start writing one?

As always, thanks for reading, and feel free to let me know how you liked it.

Keep trailblazing,
Tommen 🚀
